Stress is a part of life. It is the body's way of preparing you for a difficult situation, by releasing hormones into your blood stream that help you respond. If you are feeling stressed a lot of time, It could be a sign that you need to change the way you do things to help you cope with your daily routines or sometimes changing your lifestyle might help also.

Signs of stress.
As a result of stress you might:
 Have headaches
 Feel your heart beating faster
have indigestion
have poor sleep
feel sick
have diarrhoea or constipation
be unable to concentrate.

nervous
sad
aggressive or angry
tense
tired
anxious

What are the causes of stress?
Everyone feels different and  we all respond to certain situation in a very special way that means that some people will become highly stressed about things that won't  even bother other people.

What are the effect of stress on our health?
If you become stressed up all the time, and it is interfering with your enjoyment of life, then it may be far from normal. The signs that you may be over stressed include:

Make some positive statement when you are feeling signs of stress(i.e "I have to take a break, just stop bothering about things you need to do next and relax")

Remind yourself about some good success you have made previously and just feel happy assuring yourself you can succeed in doing anything.

Take a break and engage yourself in some leisure activities
